This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of D-Tagz products.

D-Tagz is a registered assumed name (DBA) of Packs Dealer Tags, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.

Due to the nature and intended use of D-Tagz as a consumable product, all sales are generally final, and D-Tagz does not provide a general contractual right to return, exchange, refund, or replace purchased products.

Customers should review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

We understand that unusual circumstances can occur.

D-Tagz may, in its sole discretion, review individual circumstances and voluntarily approve a refund, replacement, exchange, credit, or other accommodation on a case-by-case basis.

Providing an accommodation in one situation does not create a warranty, course of dealing, continuing obligation, or contractual right to receive the same or similar accommodation for that customer or any other customer, product, or order in the future.

Products may not be returned to D-Tagz without prior authorization.

Sending merchandise to D-Tagz without authorization does not guarantee acceptance, replacement, credit, or refund.

Contact sales@dtagzauto.com before attempting to return any product.

If you believe you received an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, damaged shipment, or product with another issue, contact us promptly.

Please provide:

• Your name and dealership/business name 
• Order number, if available 
• Description of the issue 
• Photographs or other documentation when appropriate 

D-Tagz will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

Refunds required because D-Tagz is unable to ship merchandise within an applicable promised period will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

This exception is important because federal rules require sellers to provide customers appropriate cancellation and refund rights when an online order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe. 

If D-Tagz voluntarily approves a refund, the amount and method of refund will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.

Refunds required by applicable law will be issued as required by that law.

Shipping charges and other expenses are nonrefundable except where D-Tagz expressly agrees otherwise or where a refund is required by applicable law.

D-Tagz does not provide a standard product warranty except as expressly provided in writing by D-Tagz or required by applicable law.

D-Tagz may nevertheless choose to address a product issue on a case-by-case basis. A voluntary replacement, refund, credit, or other accommodation does not create a warranty or obligation concerning other products or future orders.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
